About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Engineer on our Data Center and Industrial team, focusing on business development and HVAC sales. You will support our growth in commercial equipment, controls, and service sales within the North American Data Center and Industrial market.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management and engineering support for data center and industrial projects.
- Provide specialized commercial applied HVAC equipment selections and pricing.
- Prepare technical documentation including submittal packages, close-out documents, and others.
- Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers.
- Coordinate across multiple functions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage Salesforce opportunities for internal tracking and strategizing organizational needs.
- Coordinate with Carrier Commercial Service organization to provide turn-key proposals for industrial and data center service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of Commercial HVAC industry experience
- Available for up to 30% domestic travel, with the potential for international travel as business needs evolve
