Join Kyndryl as a Software Engineering – Development Manager to design, develop, and support cutting-edge software products, services, and systems. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support software products, services, and systems.
- Lead and inspire a team of top-tier developers and engineers.
- Deliver software solutions that go beyond the expected.

- Empower teams to execute tasks flawlessly and adhere to timelines.
- Undertake SRE responsibilities to ensure software meets high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with a Scrum Master to prioritize the backlog and create user stories.
- Utilize Agile Scrum Ceremonies to navigate the agile landscape.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience managing high-performing teams using agile methodologies.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, practices, programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Leadership skills guiding and motivating development teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
- Proficient in project management, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Business acumen to understand customer needs, market trends, and align software development with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills in liaising with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in one or more Hyperscaler to leverage cloud-native solutions.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges in software development projects.
