About the Role
Provide administrative and clinical management responsibility for all clinical and support services at CNGCS' CCC facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and governing agencies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and clinical operation of the CCC.
- Provide administrative and clinical oversight, ensuring conformance with program objectives, agency policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of program policies and procedures.
- Oversee administrative and clinical supervisory functions to ensure quality and productivity.
- Plan for program needs and assist with future growth.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and supervising clinical and administrative staff.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
- Represent the agency in facilitating program goals and operations.
- Oversee program and funder reporting requirements.
- Participate in required internal and external meetings.
- Provide direct and indirect supervision of clinical staff and students, offering guidance in diagnosis, assessment, and treatment.
- Oversee the productivity of clinical staff, including the care of high-risk clients.
- Provide direct or indirect supervision of office management staff.
- Assist in overseeing training needs for all program and administrative staff.
- Represent the Agency on designated external committees or at meetings.
- Participate in planning for community and Agency needs with the Management team.
- Evaluate and support the use of data in administrative and clinical functions.
- Assist with sustaining the financial health of the clinic.
- Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities.
- Collaborate with QI, CCBHC Project Director, Compliance Director, Billing, HIT, and others on workflows and quality improvement.
- Provide on-call emergency coverage on a rotating basis.
- Encourage quality improvement processes and provide resources for QI and professional development.
- Cultivate a culture of inclusion for all employees.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Demonstrate commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of post-graduate administrative and clinical supervisory experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a substance abuse service delivery setting.
- E.H.R./computer skills and experience required.
- Co-occurring disorder experience required.
- Ability to apply for and maintain the highest level of professional licensure upon eligibility.
