About the Role
This role is a 7-month full-time temporary position within the Supply Chain team, focused on ensuring timely and accurate delivery of stock to customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and 3rd Party Logistics providers, reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager AUNZ.
Responsibilities
- Lead team to deliver day-to-day customer order fulfillment and service level attainment.
- Work with 3rd party logistics providers to ensure on-time and in-full delivery to all customers.
- Own and deliver customer DC booking outcomes.
- Act as the first point of escalation for order/delivery related issues, managing distribution and logistics partner interactions throughout the order-to-cash cycle.
- Manage operational reporting and KPI operational management.
- Drive proactive customer communication, ensuring timely updates and query resolution.
- Support the broader Supply Chain team, including continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience within FMCG, operations, or liquor industry.
- Prior working experience in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Prior experience leading teams to deliver operational outcomes in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Solid understanding of warehousing and transport.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
