About the Role
Brookdale is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personalized care to seniors, assist with daily living activities, and perform vital sign checks. This role offers opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care.
- Give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs.
- Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
Requirements
- Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required.
- Must maintain certification.
