About the Role
Microsoft's Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the hardware infrastructure for the company's growing Cloud and AI businesses. The Spares Supply Chain team is transforming the cloud service parts supply chain to ensure timely availability of spare parts for global capacity requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive the identification, prioritization, and realization of AI-native architecture patterns and practices across the Cloud and AI (C+AI) supply chain.
- Connect business needs to intelligent workflows and contextual intelligence to deliver measurable efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement supply chain strategies using data-driven solutions.
- Foster innovation and operational excellence through the application of advanced methodologies.
- Provide leadership in scaling AI capabilities and digital transformation initiatives in supply chain processes.
- Design and execute initiatives to optimize supply chain performance metrics and outcomes.
- Align global teams and stakeholders to streamline supply chain operations, leading to end-to-end enhancement.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year (U.S. typical base pay)
- USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area)
