About the Role

Product management at Envoy is crucial for ensuring customers love the products they use, directly impacting tens of thousands of workplaces globally. You will be responsible for delivering next-level operational efficiency, data-drivenness, safety, and security for your product line. This role involves owning and evolving a significant portion of Envoy Visitors, our flagship visitor management platform, which is critical for customer safety and security operations.

Responsibilities

  • Meticulously own vision, roadmap, strategy, and execution of your products.
  • Launch products and be ultimately responsible for their success/failure based on defined goals/metrics.
  • Push for quality and urgency despite constant challenges.
  • Act as the primary switchboard for gathering feedback from customers, sales/success teams, and cross-functional partners to iterate, build, and launch products.
  • Be the point person to customers during beta or high-iteration periods and run internal dogfooding.
  • Story-tell internally the importance of what we're building to encourage ownership, creative thinking, and internal contribution.
  • Own pricing and packaging, and ensure sales training occurs for your products.
  • Bring existing product processes and help elevate product execution.
  • Be comfortable in a dynamic environment where job descriptions and responsibilities can change.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B with enterprise exposure and 0-1 product building experience.
  • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
  • You have a passion for workplaces, strong end-user intuition, and demand products you yourself can proudly use daily.
  • You thrive in ambiguous, low-guidance environments and seek accountability.
  • You have a high bar for everything you build, including aesthetics and feel, spending the time necessary to achieve quality to winning standards.
  • You create and hold yourself and your team to success metrics and are data-driven.
  • You are impatient and expect things sooner than in a couple weeks, months, or quarters.
  • You have high empathy and humility and understand you're always learning.
  • You rely on AI tooling and see it as a massive force multiplier, excited about evolving yourself and sharing AI discoveries.
  • You believe teams being in-office are the best way to solve problems fast and build great products.
  • You look for these same values in teammates and would consider departing if the company compromised too often.
  • You acknowledge that you have fully read and understand the job requirements and received the Envoy Privacy Notice for applicants.
  • Completing this application requires you to provide personal data, which is mandatory for Envoy to process your application.
