About the Role
U-Haul is looking for a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers, field team members, and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. The role is dynamic, fast-paced, and offers opportunities for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer calls.
- Support field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management.
- Direct incoming customer equipment based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory.
- Review reports to aid in equipment placement, reservation, and contract accuracy.
- Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of office equipment (multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, email).
- Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
- Must be legally authorized to work and not require employer sponsorship.
