About the Role
This student position will assist the team with call and ticket monitoring, and compiling and analyzing business process data. This role is crucial for the successful operations and improvements at the UT Support Center, In Person services, ET service owners, and campus partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist with call and ticket monitoring through timely review of recorded phone calls and tickets.
- Assist team with weekly, monthly and end of fiscal year KPIs, reports and metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Enrolled in 6 or more credit hours, or enrolled in the last consecutive semester.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take the initiative to work independently to complete tasks.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Service Desk, call center and customer service business processes.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
