About the Role
As a Software Engineer - Senior Associate, you will engage in the development and innovation of software products within our Software and Product Innovation group. Your role will involve working directly with clients to deliver tailored software engineering solutions that meet their unique needs. You will leverage problem-solving skills and critical thinking to analyze complex problems and manage workstreams effectively, while building client relationships and mentoring junior team members. You will be part of our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, contributing to the Digital Integration & Architecture go-to-market strategy, navigating complex situations, and enhancing your personal brand and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing software solutions using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable applications and microservices
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain quality software development
- Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software deployment processes
- Engaging in business requirements analysis to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Applying object-oriented design principles to create robust and maintainable software architectures
- Managing software testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Leveraging AI fluency and AI-human collaboration to enhance software capabilities and user experiences
- Participating in acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) to validate software functionality and performance
- Supporting digital integration and architecture initiatives to drive business process improvement and innovation
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
