About the Role
Our Corporate Strategy team conceives and conducts analyses to aid senior leadership in critical business decisions. The Manager of Corporate Strategy will collaborate across Regeneron to drive projects, build models for business options, and develop actionable insights for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key functions to gather business information and data.
- Lead discussions with R&D and commercial leaders to understand challenges and find solutions.
- Investigate emerging external issues and competitor reactions in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Assess market opportunities and potential return for R&D investment decisions.
- Model future scenarios at program and corporate levels to inform business decisions and potential deals.
- Contribute to the annual long-term corporate outlook presentation for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Communicate analysis conclusions and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of work experience in consulting, equity research, investment banking, or a strategy role within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of financial modeling and valuation.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to propose solutions for complex business problems.
- Strong interest in understanding drug development and patient impact.
- Comfort working independently with limited guidance.
