About the Role
As a Public Area Attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel’s public spaces, spreading hospitality and delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of designated areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and emptying trash.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and resolve service requests promptly.
- Assist in guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests when needed.
- Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
