About the Role
As a Security Officer Lobby Concierge, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. The Lobby Concierge will greet employees, visitors, and vendors, representing the company brand. This role requires a professional demeanor, the ability to balance daily tasks, and superior communication skills, with a focus on supporting quick and effective responses to various service needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to campus.
- Utilize the Visitor Management System (VMS) for a smooth check-in process.
- Provide excellent customer service and actively engage with individuals.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in Korean, both verbally and in writing is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.
- One year or more of security experience.
- Professional customer service and concierge experience.
- Conservative and professional presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under high stress situations.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks.
