About the Role

The Associate Director is accountable for leading, developing, and managing a team of Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) who have access & fulfillment responsibilities across Neuroscience healthcare provider accounts. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, working in the field with minimal supervision, and ensuring healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers are enabled with the necessary information, tools, and resources to start and stay on therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse and talented team skilled in the JJIM Neuroscience business, the healthcare marketplace, and access & fulfillment.
  • Lead a regionally aligned team of up to 10 direct reports to maximize access & fulfillment related impact for JJIM prescribed patients.
  • Develop long and short-term strategic planning for the team and manage seamless team execution of related tactics.
  • Pull-through district vision, create team culture, drive accountability, manage FRM performance, forge valuable customer relationships, and achieve team goals.
  • Coach and develop FRMs to leverage data insights and account management competencies to proactively address access barriers.
  • Demonstrate core competencies and support team members in identifying, understanding, and addressing access & fulfillment related patient obstacles.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships and collaborate with partners.
  • Manage and allocate budget in alignment with team objectives.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Carry out all responsibilities with strict adherence to the JJIM Credo and HCC Guidelines, in line with the FRM Rules of Engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years healthcare business related experience required.
  • Knowledge of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes.
  • 3+ years of direct people management.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and performance success in prior roles.
  • A valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States.
  • Reside within the geography or be willing to relocate to it.

Salary/Compensations

  • $122,000.00 - $212,750.00
  • $142,000.00 - $244,950.00 for Bay Area
