About the Role

The Recruiting Coordinator manages the recruitment process for assigned positions from candidate outreach through contingent offer. This role coordinates interviews, manages candidate pipelines, partners with hiring managers, and ensures vacancies are filled in a timely manner. The position also supports panel interviews, maintains non-panel positions, builds candidate pipelines, and provides a positive candidate experience. Recruiting Coordinators are expected to use AI and other recruitment tools to identify and screen candidates efficiently and find creative ways to fill positions.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned requisitions from posting through contingent offer.
Review resumes, conduct candidate outreach, and schedule interviews.
Utilize the AI candidate screener to efficiently screen and engage candidates and ensure candidates are moving through the process quickly.
Coordinate panel interviews and manage non-panel positions.
Extend contingent offers and communicate next steps to candidates.
Maintain candidate records and activity in ADP.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide updates.
Develop strategic and creative recruitment approaches based on the needs of each position, including sourcing through community partnerships, referrals, schools, and other non-traditional channels.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing and community outreach.
Meet established recruiting goals and productivity expectations.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and support a positive candidate experience.
Take ownership of assigned vacancies and be able to identify barriers to filling positions and develop a plan to address them.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Recruitment, Human Resources, or customer service experience.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Comfortable learning and using AI and other technology to support recruitment activities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically about how to fill positions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
