About the Role

The Admissions Building Coordinator supports the 3535 facility and the Admissions Visitor Center, acting as the primary contact for facilities, security, and safety protocols. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting event logistics within the Admissions department.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all facilities questions and needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between FRES and 3535 Building management for facilities issues.
  • Be the secondary contact for the Admissions Visitor Center regarding facilities matters.
  • Manage security and safety protocols, liaising with Public Safety and building security teams.
  • Maintain all AV systems and act as the primary contact with AV vendors.
  • Coordinate furniture movement and procurement within Admissions Facilities.
  • Maintain stock of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Assist with the distribution of larger shipments and organization of storage spaces.
  • Support events from a physical space perspective in the Admissions Visit Center.
  • Aid in event-related movement of assets and materials.
  • Process documents for Applicant Care during high-volume periods.
  • Assist with onboarding activities.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve institutional goals in student enrollment.
  • Foster intentional access and collective care.
  • Engage with admissions team members and campus partners.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate/GED required.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • A Cover Letter and Resume/CV are required for consideration.
  • Background checks may be required after a conditional job offer.
