About the Role
As a Field Technician, you will be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused culture that provides the opportunity to work in a self-managed environment by performing installations and repairs of telecommunications services. Join Ledcor Technical Services today!
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain various voice, data, security, and VoIP communication systems and equipment.
- Ensure work orders are completed, leveraging customer service skills.
- Travel to and from customer locations within a defined geographic area to perform service installations on behalf of the client.
- Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience working with Telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working independently with a strong technical aptitude.
- Experience working with Cisco systems or like equipment manufacturers.
- Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
