About the Role
As a Guest Service Representative, you will assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and support an exceptional guest experience, being the first and last impression guests receive.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and reservations
- Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly
- Operate the front desk system and process payments
- Communicate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
- Handle guest requests and escalate concerns when needed
- Provide local information and general hotel assistance
Requirements

- Comfortable using computers and hotel systems
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
- Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends
