About the Role

The Revenue Enablement Manager will architect the enablement discipline for One Medical for Business (OM4B), building a formal function from scratch to shape how enterprise Sales and Client Services teams learn, sell, and grow. This role partners with the Head of Revenue Operations to translate commercial priorities into measurable programs for the field.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own the enablement roadmap with the Head of Revenue Operations, defining quarterly priorities and identifying gaps from field performance data.
  • Manage the LMS with a focus on information architecture, governance, and content standards.
  • Develop and own the new hire enablement experience for Sales and Client Services from day one through first deal close.
  • Partner with Deal Desk, Product, and Marketing to build field-ready training, talk tracks, and objection-handling frameworks before launch day.
  • Own the Product Launch Handbook and define "launch-ready" certification standards.
  • Drive methodology selection, rollout, and reinforcement across Sales and Client Services.
  • Build coaching toolkits for managers that reinforce methodology.
  • Track engagement, content effectiveness, and ramp velocity to inform program adjustments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff
  • Adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service
