About the Role
Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Agent at LGA Airport. This entry-level position offers paid on-the-job training and development programs, with no experience required.
Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
- Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
- Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Lift customers' bags onto the belt, with weights up to 75 pounds.
Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
