About the Role
The Community Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy. This role guides residents through the leasing process, assists in marketing and community events, and meets sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate Housing Contract details to residents and guarantors.
- Generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours, and follow up with leads.
- Promote the community via social media and participate in marketing events.
- Assist with email and text campaigns.
- Represent the community and Landmark Properties professionally.
- Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation in activities.
- Assist in resolving resident concerns by escalating to management.
- Perform daily opening and closing checklists, including model and tour route inspection.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings.
- Respond to internet and telephone inquiries promptly.
- Enter Maintenance Requests as needed.
- Keep detailed activity logs in prospect and resident accounts.
- Label and log packages and notify residents.
- Enforce community policies and report violations.
- Comply with corporate procedures and government laws on Fair Housing.
- Participate in Turn-related activities including move-in/move-out days, unit inspections, and trash-outs.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Must meet deadlines.
- Must manage time efficiently.
- Must be available to work during summer and Turn period.
Skills
- Strong organization skills
- Reliability and self-discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts
