About the Role
Kenvue is seeking motivated students for a 4-month Associate Brand Manager Intern position in Toronto, Ontario, focusing on driving brand growth through strategic planning and execution. This role offers significant learning and development opportunities, with potential for full-time consideration upon completion.
Responsibilities
- Act as a business leader to drive brand growth through strategies and executions with national impact.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the assigned brand, gaining consensus from senior management.
- Uncover analytical insights about the category, competitors, and retail customers to drive business recommendations.
- Support the brand's P&L and make investment recommendations for profitable growth.
- Collaborate with internal partners (sales, regulatory, finance, supply, demand planning, global marketing) to execute local business plans.
- Track and analyze monthly and annual shipment and consumption targets.
- Develop recommendations for new product innovation, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
- Conduct consumer research to inform in-market activations.
- Create marketing communications (TV, digital, print, sampling, professional) and claims with external agency partners.
- Partner with peer marketers to influence enterprise-level thinking.
Requirements
- Actively working towards the completion of a university degree, preferably in marketing/business or an MBA.
- Authorized to work in Canada without the need of sponsorship now or in the future.
- Previous brand management internships or relevant marketing experience is highly encouraged.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Digital marketing experience is an asset.
- Budget management and forecasting skills are an asset.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and tasks with a focus on prioritization and quality.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a creative problem solver.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity.
- Curiosity to grow and develop.
- Derives creative solutions to generate business value.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
