About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service
- Lead client relationship management for fund administration clients
- Prepare and review accounting entries, monthly close procedures, support schedules, and invoices
- Manage the NAV preparation and review process
- Review and support the production of Financial Statements
- Support investor communications for clients
- Assist in the development of new and existing client relationships
- Optimize service offerings, automate and standardize processes, and increase productivity and profitability
- Ensure adherence to documented procedures and policies
- Collaborate with other internal and external teams
- Ensure all deliverables are met on a timely and accurate basis
- Work on the integration of large fund administration mandates
- Work on ad hoc internal and global projects
Requirements
- Approximately 5-8+ years of experience
- Understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting to act as a subject matter expert
- High degree of commercial awareness and client service focus
- Prior experience working at a Fund Administrator or with private funds
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative consistently producing accurate and timely work
- Good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other divisions, and professional intermediaries
- Demonstrated ability to automate processes leveraging Excel and systems such as Paxus and Geneva
- Knowledge of Investor Services to US & investor KYC standards

- CAD $115,000.00 – CAD $130,000.00 plus additional discretionary yearly bonus
