About the Role

The Business Consultant provides expertise and analysis in the development, design, implementation, review, and continuous improvement of business processes and procedures to support effective customer service outcomes. The role works closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop practical solutions, and support the adoption and effective use of business intelligence products, services, and systems.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of learning needs analysis, instructional design, content development, program delivery, and the continuous improvement of learning and development products will be advantageous.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
  • Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
