About the Role
The Seasonal Store Associate is the customer service specialist responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth product information, and acting as a brand ambassador.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
- Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
- Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.
- Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
- The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts (both morning and night), including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store is essential.
