About the Role
Tarantino Properties is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Engineer to perform a wide range of duties across various trades including plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, cleaning, painting, flooring, carpentry, and concrete repair for shopping centers and office buildings.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, cleaning, painting, flooring, carpentry, concrete repair, and other related work.
- Troubleshoot technical aspects of mechanical, structural, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial maintenance.
- Proven experience in a hands-on/mechanical setting.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical, structural, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
