About the Role

The Acquisition Specialist will identify potential vehicle acquisitions and opportunities for First Texas Honda’s Pre-Owned Inventory, working under the direction of the Pre-Owned Sales Director and Acquisition Manager. This role is responsible for scheduling customer appraisal appointments, providing information, and delivering approved offers.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential acquisition units.
• Set appointments for appraisal.
• Provide information and approved offers to prospective customers.
• Follow up on opportunities to do business.
• Encourage customers to post an online review of their experience.
• Communicate with service advisors on open ROs that could convert into a business opportunity.
• Communicate daily with the Acquisition Manager on service appointments, sales staff opportunities, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence when talking to customers.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Austin, TX

Work Type

• Full Time
• Monday through Saturday with Sundays off and one weekday off
• Shift 1: 8am - 5pm
• Shift 2: 10am - 7pm

Salary/Compensations

• $4,500 - $14,500 per month
