About the Role
Lead and inspire to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on leading by example and contributing to a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room, and merchandise processing.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations through clear updates and team alignment.
- Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while encouraging collaboration and training Associates on service policies and procedures.
- Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service.
- Enhance the store’s brand and value strategy by creating eye-catching merchandise displays.
Requirements
