About the Role
Envoy Air is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Agent position at ROC Airport. This entry-level role offers paid on-the-job training and development programs, with no prior experience required. You will be responsible for greeting passengers, providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience, and utilizing reservation/ticketing software.
Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
- Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
- Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Lift customers' bags onto the belt.
Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
- 18 years or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
