About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking a Governance Analyst (Junior/Mid-Level) to join their team remotely in Canada. This role focuses on documenting client business processes and requirements related to data creation and maintenance, understanding and articulating the data governance framework, and facilitating project standards.
Responsibilities
- Documents client business processes and requirements as they relate to creation and maintenance of data.
- Understands data governance framework and is able to clearly articulate roles, goals, and timelines.
- Adheres to and facilitates project standards.
- Creates, consolidates, and presents documents relating to use cases, policies, processes, standards, and guidelines, maintaining them throughout the project, including traceability back to requirements.
- Provides a business or process perspective during design reviews.
- Participates in change control process throughout the project.
- Proactively carries out project support /administrative functions including but not limited to: meeting scheduling, meeting minute creation and distribution, documentation review, action item tracking.
Requirements
- 3-5 years business analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years of understands basic Internet and client/server architectures
- 3-5 years proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- 3-5 years ability to travel according to client demands
