About the Role
Morgan Properties is seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Manager to lead operations at Union Square Apartments in North Chili, NY. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving occupancy, developing a high-performing team, creating exceptional resident experiences, and overseeing the success of a vibrant apartment community.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of a thriving apartment community
- Drive occupancy through leasing strategy, resident retention, and exceptional customer service
- Recruit, coach, and develop onsite team members
- Monitor property performance and manage operating budgets
- Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and lease compliance
- Ensure community appearance and maintenance standards are consistently exceeded
- Foster a positive resident experience through communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve operational goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management, multifamily housing, hospitality, retail management, or a related leadership role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational goals
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office preferred
