About the Role
Morgan Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Idylwood Apartments. This role involves solving problems, delivering outstanding customer service, and making a visible impact in the community while building a rewarding career.
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests and maintenance repairs in occupied apartments and common areas
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and HVAC issues
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
- Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in readiness
- Participate in an emergency on-call rotation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or service technician experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
