About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering briefs on time and budget, implementing effective ways of working, crafting project plans, and managing resources to ensure seamless project execution. This collaborative role involves working closely with Client Services, Operations, and the delivery team, requiring strong communication skills to build trust and clearly define expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day client operations, including timelines and project plans.
- Implement effective ways of working and manage resource requirements.
- Proactively solve commercial and operational challenges, escalating when necessary.
- Share recommendations for solving commercial and operational challenges.
- Support administration and management of Projects and Pipeline in agency-management software (Productive).
- Ensure accurate setup, efficient management, and regular reporting within Productive.
- Ensure timesheets are updated weekly.
- Report regularly on budget burn-down with recommendations for improvement.
- Work with the central UK Operations team to match skill sets and experience to briefs.
- Help schedule US team resources in Productive based on project plans.
- Encourage a seamless working relationship between internal stakeholders.
- Manage expectations through constant communication.
- Track and monitor progress for ongoing deliverables.
- Identify bottlenecks and collaborate on solutions.
- Support the Senior Project Manager with execution as required.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency setting, ideally in social media delivery.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and keep systems up-to-date.
- Meticulous approach to work and pride in delivery.
- Proactive self-starter with a mindset of growth.
- Ability to adapt to the ever-changing world of social media.
