About the Role

Anthropic is seeking a Scaled Partner Enablement Programs Lead to build and manage programs that extend our go-to-market strategies across the ecosystem. This role involves creating a partner train-the-trainer model and establishing repeatable processes for launching sales plays with partners. The goal is to ensure field readiness, enabling sellers to confidently position Claude and collaborate effectively on deals.

Responsibilities

  • Build Anthropic's partner train-the-trainer model, packaging effective training for partners to deliver.
  • Develop a repeatable process for launching focused GTM motions, such as sales plays and launches, with partners at scale.
  • Manage and evolve the global scaled partner webinar series into a primary channel for messaging.
  • Enhance enablement for Anthropic's internal field on partners, covering co-selling and partner resource accessibility.
  • Operate the portfolio as a unified system with a shared operating model, content intake, calendar, and production standards.
  • Lead a team of contractors aligned to specific programs and coordinate work across contributing teams.
  • Track field readiness and define metrics to measure program effectiveness beyond attendance.

Requirements

  • Experience building and scaling 1:many enablement programs for large partner sales and technical audiences at a technology company.
  • Experience enabling a large internal sales organization on new GTM motions, including co-selling with external partners.
  • Experience taking sales plays or GTM motions to market through partners and measuring pipeline impact.
  • Experience building or running a train-the-trainer model for consistent partner training delivery.
  • Experience leading programs through contractors or vendors across multiple regions and languages.
  • Comfort operating in environments with constantly changing products and messaging, and evolving operating systems.
  • Experience using AI in daily workflows to enhance scale and reach.
