About the Role
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and support select federal accounts and project teams in planning and designing a wide range of civil and infrastructure projects. This role is critical to the successful delivery of a high-profile civil engineering program and to strengthening Arcadis’ long-term partnership with federal clients in California.
Responsibilities
- Function as a project manager on select federal, state, and/or municipal contracts.
- Provide technical leadership and quality control for multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Serve as the primary interface between client staff and the consultant team.
- Establish and meet project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and provide technical expertise.
- Manage existing and expanding client base by exceeding expectations and maintaining active communication.
- Mentor junior-level technical staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical/Coastal Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in infrastructure design and implementation.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in California.
