Responsibilities

  • Administer the marketing automation system, executing email programs for efficiency, data quality, and accurate campaign flows.
  • Partner with account teams to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns within marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Ensure programs adhere to best practices and benchmark results for communication frequency to prevent prospect/customer fatigue.
  • Analyze operational processes to identify and implement new efficiencies.
  • Manage Paychex' email reputation and performance, ensuring best practices and auditing user compliance.
  • Maintain data hygiene standards, including importing, exporting, updating, and cleansing data for quality assurance.
  • Implement advanced marketing automation features to enhance email contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Provide documentation and training to end users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2 years of relevant marketing data analysis experience, including Marketo/Eloqua or other relevant Marketing Automation Tool experience.
  • 1 year of Salesforce.com experience.
  • Solid experience with HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
  • Experience with planning, set-up, execution, and management of targeted email campaigns and email nurture programs.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
