About the Role
Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals for their next training class. Design Consultants conduct in-home sales presentations for window and door replacement projects, aiming for a one-call close with no project management required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales presentations in residential homes.
- Provide homeowners with necessary information for same-day decisions.
- Achieve a one-call close for sales.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Be comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for daily appointments.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
- 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
