- Coordinate cross-functional Legal initiatives with Finance, GTM, Product, Security, and other teams.
- Own and improve cross-functional business processes spanning multiple departments and geographies.
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and duplicated efforts, designing scalable solutions.
- Build operating mechanisms to improve visibility, accountability, and execution across the organization.
- Partner with department leaders to understand operational needs and translate them into effective processes, systems, and workflows.
- Lead special projects and strategic operational initiatives on behalf of company leadership.
- Serve as an operational partner to teams navigating new processes, organizational changes, or scaling challenges.
- Own the operational lifecycle of business tools and systems, including needs evaluation, procurement coordination, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with functional leaders to evaluate new tooling and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate vendor selection, negotiations, renewals, and ongoing vendor management.
- Maintain visibility into the company's business tooling landscape and identify optimization opportunities.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and reduce operational work.
- Connect information and workflows across departments to provide teams with necessary context.
- Establish consistent processes for collecting, maintaining, and sharing operational information.
- Partner with functional leaders to ensure critical business information is accessible and actionable.
- Identify gaps in team, system, or process collaboration and drive solutions.
- Translate complex cross-functional needs into clear processes, ownership, and execution plans.
- Lead projects requiring coordination across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Support executive leadership with operational planning, analysis, and special projects.
