This role involves leading team members by managing and executing plant processes, ensuring production and quality goals are met, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The goal is to create an engaged and team-oriented workforce to enhance business results.

Responsibilities

  • Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
  • Manages team members in attaining production and quality goals.
  • Ensures appropriate resources (including materials, equipment, and staffing needs) are available to maintain production schedules.
  • Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service are met.
  • Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented work force to improve business results.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc. OR Associates Degree.
  • Proven leadership, initiative, problem solving, time management and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • Persuasive and analytical skills are preferred.
  • Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to work "on their feet" in the production area about 80% of the shift.
  • Must be able to work in environments below 40 degrees and in areas more than 60 degrees.
