About the Role
The Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Program is a 24-month rotational leadership development program designed for Master's and MBA graduates with under five years of experience. The Marketing track provides exposure to consumer, product, and digital marketing, interacting with senior executives and gaining insight into global marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Participate in four six-month rotations.
- Engage in customized and diverse professional rotations.
- Gain exposure in key areas of consumer, product, and digital marketing.
- Interact with senior executives within powerhouse brands and functions.
- Gain exposure to the global marketing strategy of the organization.
- Understand ELC brand marketing calendars and competitive analysis.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Under five years of full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies.
- Relevant internship or work experience.
- Demonstrated record of achievement.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction.
- Must confirm work authorization status in cover letter.
