About the Role
The Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Program is an intensive, 24-month rotational program designed for impending Master's and MBA graduates with under five years of work experience. This leadership development program integrates customized professional rotations with continuous development, coaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities to accelerate professional growth within ELC's Global Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to strategic sourcing, tactical purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, global planning, and production scheduling.
- Participate in four six-month rotations within Global Supply Chain areas such as manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution.
- Engage creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences.
- Be considered for Manager-level roles upon successful completion of the program.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Under five years of full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies.
- Relevant internship or work experience.
- Demonstrated record of achievement.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction.
- Ability to relocate to New York City.
Skills
- Global exposure/study abroad is a plus.
