About the Role

The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is an 18-month rotational leadership development program designed for impending Bachelor's degree graduates. It integrates customized rotations with continuous development, coaching, mentoring, and networking to accelerate professional growth. The Creative track focuses on content design and creation or store design and physical merchandising, engaging creativity, learning agility, and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Explore imaginative storytelling and visual expression through creating artwork, branding concepts, digital media, and compelling content.
  • Elevate the customer experience through spatial aesthetics and product presentation, designing engaging retail environments, thoughtful product packaging, and striking visual displays.
  • Participate in rotations such as Social Media Design, 360 Creative, Visual Merchandising, and Experiential Design.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 (or advanced degree with up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience).
  • Relevant Creative-related internship or work experience.
  • Global exposure/study abroad is a plus.
  • Ability to relocate to New York City.
  • Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction. Sponsorship is not offered.
