About the Role

The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is an intensive, 18-month rotational leadership development program designed for impending Bachelor's degree graduates. It integrates customized professional rotations with continuous development, coaching, mentoring, and networking to accelerate professional growth, focusing on e/m-commerce and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Exposed to various functions within the organization with a focus on online commercial programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com.
• Focus on emerging channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop.
• Participate in three six-month rotations.
• Engage creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 (or advanced degree with up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience).
• Relevant Online-related internship or work experience.
• Demonstrated record of achievement.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction.
• Must not require sponsorship now or any time in the future.
• Confirm work authorization status in cover letter.
• Ability to relocate to New York City.
