- Manage a successful pipeline and efficiently collect necessary documentation.
- Provide superior customer service by engaging consumers, determining their needs, and offering appropriate mortgage products.
- Meet individual monthly sales goals.
- Build and expand a professional network to self-generate business.
- Maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.

- Experienced, honest, ethical, and hardworking team player.

- Solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
- Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
- Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.
- Ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
