About the Role
The Language Doctors, Inc. seeks exceptional Korean-to-English medical translators to join our expanding team, offering flexible full-time or long-term collaboration opportunities. Responsibilities
- Translate from Korean into English, using appropriate medical vocabulary, while maintaining the source material's tone and style.
- Adhere to the Style Guide while maintaining terminology consistency and data accuracy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in medical translations, e.g., patient records and medical reports.
- Broad medical vocabulary and proficiency in utilizing linguistic assets.
- Native and/or near-native fluency in both Korean and English.
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver on time.
- SDL Trados experience is a must.
