About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of various analytical tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Interview stakeholders to develop solution requirements and capture user stories.
- Act as a liaison between business users and business partners, managing relationships and monitoring requirement updates.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), System Design flows, and Sequence Diagrams.
- Create low-fidelity prototypes and test end-to-end scenarios throughout the application development lifecycle.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with QA teams on test strategies and data preparation.
- Provide technical solutions to resolve real-time technical issues.
- Support, consult, and interact with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
- Delegate tasks to appropriate leads and manage project team productivity to avoid delays.
- Identify gaps in client project management models and create integrated project plans with key activities and deadlines.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time.
Requirements
- 3+ years of BA experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, ASAP methodology, and Design Thinking
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities and suggest product roadmaps
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and a team player
- Cross-platform integration knowledge
- Experience with full life-cycle implementations
