About the Role
The Compliance Coordinator role is tasked with preparing new and current employees with all relevant safety information and materials to perform their job duties. This role focuses on drivers and driving assistants, hosting safety and training meetings to ensure employees are up-to-date with best safety practices and current operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop a schedule to assess safety needs.
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
- Track and compile collected data.
- Communicate safety needs and online resources.
- Create safety and training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.
- Test and review created materials.
- Maintain a database of all safety materials.
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One (1) year of working experience.
- High school diploma.
