About the Role
Leerink Partners offers a ten-week Summer Analyst Program for students in their penultimate year of undergraduate studies. This program provides an opportunity to work within an experienced, full-service investment bank focused on growth and innovative companies in the healthcare and life science industries. Participants will assist full-time banking professionals with daily responsibilities, including supporting M&A and Public Equity transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and other transaction-related materials
- Prepare valuation and financial model analyses
- Review business plans, conduct research and analyze financial statements
- Gain direct exposure to live deals and major transactions
- Perform due diligence processes
- Interact with the senior banking team
Requirements
- Exemplary academic record on track to complete an undergraduate degree in May 2029
- Experience or concentration in Finance, Accounting, and/or Life Sciences preferred
- Strong analytical skills, including financial accounting & modeling and market research
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail
- Intellectually curious, motivated, energetic individual who thrives working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (verbal and written)

Salary/Compensations
