About the Role

Assist in the coordination of operational and administrative activities of the Project Staging area, including receiving, shipping, and managing project material. Perform special modifications and support other logistical services.

Responsibilities

Provide direct communication with Operations Manager on all project staging area needs, including storage space, equipment, and working area requirements.
Coordinate inbound shipments with sales, vendors, and freight companies, verifying items and quantities against supporting documents.
Create and maintain organized project folders of packing slips, and close out/archive them as required.
Stay current with special project staging requirements, assembling, packaging, sorting, and labeling materials to meet job specifications.
Coordinate outbound deliveries with the shipping department, scheduling specialty equipment when necessary, and understanding daily delivery functions, routes, and transfer systems.

Requirements

Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages up to 75lbs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Email & Internet Use.
Comfortable using RF devices or other warehouse technology.
Experience/knowledge of warehouse equipment and machines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.
