About the Role
Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a talented and confidence-driven Registered Nurse to provide exceptional aesthetic care across multiple studios in the Dakota's region. This multi-site role offers variety, new challenges, and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Deliver standout treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, and laser resurfacing.
- Ensure consistency in the Chapter Aesthetic experience across all visited studios.
- Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to established protocols.
- Uphold cleanliness and compliance in all treatment environments.
- Partner with studio teams to drive performance, including revenue, rebooking, and retention.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a plus).
- 1-3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training.
- Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, with flexibility to travel between studios.
- Personable, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Sharp organizational and documentation skills.
- Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility.
